We also include the new 99+ FBody PCM bracket needed to hold the PCM in place. Your old 98 PCM bracket in not compatible with the 99+ style PCM's

This Benchtop programming interface harness is to be used to reprogram a 1999-Newer LS1 type PCM or LB7 diesel controller outside of the vehicle. Programming software and laptop-to-vehicle interface cable not included. Each switch assembly includes a 16ga ORANGE wire for battery (positive) voltage and 16ga BLACK wire for negative (ground).
